In this session, you will learn how to create a proactive process to identify students who need help, place them in the proper intervention, monitor their progress, revise interventions as needed, and determine when students no longer need additional support. Learners will gain a basic understanding of legal framework surrounding Transition Plans for Special Education students and enhance their ability to craft impactful plans by exploring the 4 Core Components of IEP Transition Plans. (This session is offered on multiple dates.)
