Stop! Collaborate, and Modify!
Three special education teachers and three general education teachers are partnering to share their strategies and resources for modifying work for students that receive modified curriculum. The presentation will cover the collaborative efforts that are necessary to modify work and examples of how to modify grade-level math and ELA work to a modified student's level. There will also be an activity where attendees will partner and modify work for a sample student. We will provide a sample student packet with all state and district testing data, iReady summary, and IEP to guide you through the activity. Attendees will then have the opportunity to practice modifying a grade-level assignment to present to the group, if they choose to share. We will wrap up the presentation with a question/answer session.

Simple MAP Data Protocols
MAP is a fabulous test that gives us a better understanding of where our students are. We want you to be able to use the data in easily and in meaningful ways. By attending this session, you will leave with a data protocol that you can do with your PLC, your teacher BFF, or even by yourself. You will be able to see where your students MAP data fits in relation to other points of data and build a plan of what to do next.
